pySTEPS-BE

pySTEPS-BE is a probabilistic precipitation nowcast product of the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium. The product is created using pySTEPS to perturb, evolve and extrapolate the radar analysis forward in time and blend it with RMI’s NWP ensemble.

Note

This product is still in the experimental phase and is not yet available on a frequent basis. Test-cases are available on request.
